Master bedroom with private bathroom available in a 4 bedroom apartment in Hartford. Share with 3 well educated, respectful, and easygoing guys (27-27-31), all on 8-5 schedule. Common areas fully furnished, including 52" LCD TV, DVD's, XBox, etc.. Not a party house but still very much fun to live in..

Rent does not include utilities -which get divided by 4. Parking is available on premises or on the street.

Room is not furnished, but I am planning to sell it all anyways. If you are interested in the furniture (Large bed, 4' Table, Lamp, Chair, Old Dresser, and Suit Rack) I am leaving it all for $250.

Available August 16th. First Month and Security Deposit ($425) are required upfront.
