They Spending a few minutes typing info in MLS and uploading some pictures, printing up some brochures, and run a few newspaper ads, and hold an open house or two. Wow! Oh by the way, rarely does on open house produce a sale. Open houses are for the AGENT to market themselves! IT has very LITTE to do with selling YOUR home! Don’t let an agent “B.S.” you and tell you otherwise. WAKE UP! Sell your home yourself. You DO NOT need an agent. Ask your attorney for guidance. It’s really not complicated, in fact it is simple. GET THIS - most RE agents don’t even know ANYTHING about appraisal, basic home construction, or real estate law. When they “price” your home….THEY’RE SIMPLY GUESSING!! They will tell you whatever you want to hear to get the listing. REAL ESTATE AGENTS ARE JUST SNOWING YOU!!! You DO NOT need to pay a broker $10,000, $20,000, $30,000 in commissions for the VERY LITTLE they do
