The neighborhood is within walking distance to several great restaurants, a corner store, Patriot's park and historic downtown Coventry.

Rent is $2200/ month. Tenant pays for heating fuel, water, and electricity. Waste removal, sewer, and lawncare is included in the base rent and there are no other one time or ongoing fees required.

The property is professionally managed: general building maintenance is provided by an in-house general contractor and a property manager is available 24/7. Lawncare is included.
