All-in-one kitchenette or "compact kitchen," made by the King Refrigerator Corporation.
These units were designed for space efficiency in small apartments, dormitories, and cottages.
This specific configuration includes all major kitchen functions in one steel-bodied unit:
Cooktop: Four gas burners.
Oven & Broiler: Located on the left side.
Sink: Integrated into the stainless steel countertop.
Refrigerator/Freezer: Housed behind the larger door on the right.

Background and Use:
The previous owner of my house had this unit installed in the finished basement as an in-law or visitors' quarters.
