Many are Vollrath 8 Qt. 69080 made in Wisconsin, USA . NSF rated. Not the cheap "economy" stainless bowls made in India. All gently used but there will be a few dings as they were used in a pro kitchen, but in no sacrifices their integrity. I have at least 10 of these for sale if you have a restaurant you are setting up. Measures 15" wide by 8" deep. I also have many Vollrath 5 Qt. 69050 bowls if you can use smaller ones for $10 each.
