Update Stainless Steel-heavy bottom, hollow stay cool handles, all with lids. Easy to keep clean with no rivets on handle. Works on induction. There will be a ding or two on each pan as they were used in a pro kitchen, but in no way sacrifices their integrity.

Meyer Commercialware 2.25 Qt. Saucepans $30 Each (see last 4 photos) NSF rated. I have about 10 available. Excellent and clean. Flared drip edge at top for clean pouring. 4" deep, 7" interior width at the top, 6" width at bottom. These pans are absolutely indestructible. No longer made because they would be too pricey to compete. Equal thickness on the bottom and sides so nothing scorches even if your flame happens to go up around the sizes of the pan. Works on induction. If you are a pastry chef, these are the absolute best pans for cooking sugar, caramel, etc.
