This mid-80s Ross Hi-Tech frame measures 19" (center of BB to the top of the seat tube) with a top tube that measures 20.75". This lugged frame is original finish and decals and the chrome on the original headset, seat post and handlebars is in excellent condition also. This is a USA-made frame (Allentown PA) and it's in awesome condition so take a look at the pictures 📷. I will include some other original parts with it as well (SR crank arms, F&R Shimano derailleurs, and reflectors)
