Magic Tricks, by Keith Fields. Published by JG Press, 1985. Hardcover, First Edition. Binding Tight, Corners Square, No Creases or Markings in the book. 80 Pages. ISBN: 1-57215-100-5.
Anyone can be a magician. This book has been written to start you, the reader, on the trial of an interesting and absorbing hobby, a hobby which can, with practice, become a lucrative occupation. Magic is not an easy subject to learn about: the secrecy and intrigue tied up with the art, and carefully maintained by its masters, make it hard to become a magician - hard, but not impossible.
Keith Fields is an award-winning comedian and magician from the UK who currently lives in Detroit Michigan, USA (in 1985).
He started his performing life as a street entertainer and was crowned 'World Champion Street Magician' in the International Street Entertainers Festival at Covent Garden in London, that was way back in 1988.
Since then, he has headlined comedy clubs all over the world, performed on cruise ships, headlined in Vegas, and is currently appearing in his own theater show called 'A Brit Of Magic' in Gatlinburg Tennessee.
He is a father of 3, a grandfather of 2, and still loves performing after 30 years on the stage.
