96 25hp Johnson 3 cylinder loop charged outboard. Has new fuel pumps, spark plug wires, CDI module, choke cable, thermostat, plugs, cleaned carbs along with a new water pump and gear oil. Head was resurfaced and has new o-rings as well. 20inch mid section, Video of it running available upon request. missing a overheat alarm sensor and has some damage to the cover
