My wife has been collecting bird houses for 40 years. She has decided to dramatically scale down her collection and has about 70 bird houses for sale. Pricing depends on the size and how special the specific one is. As a general rule of thumb pricing is about as follows:

Tiny to Very Small: $3 to $7
Small: $10 to $17
Medum: $20 to $30
Large: $35 to $45
Very Large: $40 to $55
The One Huge 45" Tall Bird House: $99
