Burago made (early 1980s) this large 1/14 scale replica of Mario Andretti's famous Formula 1 race car. It represents the one he drove in 1978 to win the Drivers World Championship. Colin Chapman pioneered the successful application of ground effects with this model Mk4 79. This model of the classic F1 Lotus is presented in the distinctive John Player Special paintwork. This example is in excellent condition and is boxed. However, there is some minor foxing of the finish of the box itself.
