Retired man looking for place to park camper-RV vehicle full time on your private land (if undeveloped thats fine) in exchange for keeping your property secure and safe from trespassers-using only legal means. A farm or animal sanctuary would also be great! Even a commercial business with a place I can park. I could provide security for your business when closed. I WILL pass any background check. I do not have any issues, i.e. drinking, drugs, non smoker & no legal or mental issues. While now retired, I can supply 'top-notch' personal and employment refernces going back many years.Would like to move out of central Manchester Connecticut to a more suburban area if possible, by Sept/Oct 2025 so 3 to 5 months from now and reside in a motor-home/RV (small to mid size) most likely. I will NOT be dumping tanks or trash on property in any way, shape or form. Will use a 'Composting Toilet' for instance. Power would be provided by a solar system/batteries and a very small-quiet generator only as rarely needed. I can't afford the outrageous rents and other expense's of living in the cities of Connecticut. Plus I do not like all the 'drama' from so many these days! Would be willing to sign any reasonable agreement and will NOT become a 'squatter'. I have Native American ancestry so hold nature in high regard and respect. If you've got a largely undeveloped property, farm or partially developed property, I could, if desired keep tresspassers off your land and safeguard any real property buildings/equipment. Can provide excellent former work and character references. Just trying to live out my final time here as peaceably and stress free as possible. Will also consider doing some work in exchange, such as building maintenance. Would possibly be willing to pay a reasonable 'rental' fee but can't afford much due to a fixed income. Have been running this ad for over a year with few positive (except well wishers) results...
