Start Immediately. Hours: Saturdays 9 am - 3pm

Responsibilities include the following:

Sales and marketing for the facility.
Sharing units to potential customers, selling them on features and benefits.
Lease presentation of self-storage spaces.
Light maintenance of a self- storage facility. Cleaning units and cleaning office.
Walk large site multiple times a day to keep sit clean


REQUIREMENTS:
Superior customer sales skills.
Superior customer service skills.
Superior computer skills.
Strong communication skills.
Positive, can-do attitude.
Ability to listen and resolve customer concerns.
Willingness to treat property as if it were your own.
Enthusiasm, flexibility and a strong drive to succeed.
Must be organized and able to work independently as well as taking direction and working with a team.

EXPERIENCE:

Sales and marketing involving telephone and face-to-face contact with customers is required.
Customer service experience is required.
Computer experience is required.
High School education or equivalent required.

SALARY: $13/hr
