Concession help needed at PR festival (Bushnell park)

We need one grill master, 2 people at the deep fryers station, one frying funnel cake (Bacalaitos) and Alcapurrias.
Last shift will be require for break down and load up.
We’re looking for 2 grill masters, 2 ppl running the fryers, 1 prep and dishwasher, 2 people for lemonade and smoothies and 2 servers.
Please know that it’s an outdoor event and you’ll be on your feet during the length of your shift. Quick learners welcomed, just be energetic and helpful and willing to learn. Work well with others and no smoke breaks.
All black attire preferred but not mandatory
Cash, cashapp, Zelle at the end of the shift
