For sale a new never assembled vintage working invisible V8 engine model kit from Revell. The Visible V8 Engine has over 100 moving parts. The kit was open but never started or assembled. Most parts remain on the sprues & all plastic parts are still sealed in the original bags, except for one of the bags that split open at some point. Electric motor that runs the engine is still sealed in its bag.
This model kit is complete with the instructions book & “An Illustrated Guide to the Visible V8 Engine” both in excellent condition as show.
Box is complete & in really good condition with all graphics still bright & sharp, but has some minor ware due to age.
This kit was originally purchased back when I was a kid but I never did anything with it. Was in a closet at my parents’ house with some other models. So, I would say it is in overall excellent condition for 45+ yrs old.
This would be great for any car / model enthusiasts’ collection or for the garage / man cave display.
I have not inventoried the kit piece by piece but it appears complete. Please view pictures to show what is there and decide for yourself before purchasing.
