Brand new, never used Master Flow 30BWHFS 30" Whole House Attic Fan & Shutter. Beat the summer heat. Complete, brand new in the opened box. I opened up the box as a corner of the box was misformed and I wanted to make sure that nothing was wrong with it. It's in perfect condition as you'll be able to see when you come to inspect/pick it up. I bought it for my 130-year-old barn thinking I could suck the air through the top vent for cooling. I bought a 30" fan, I needed a 24" fan to fit the vent. It lists at $408.00 at Home Depot. Go to their website to get detailed info on this unit.

Belt-driven for quieter operation, 2-speed motor. NO JOIST CUTTING needed.

This fan can be used in a house, barn, or workshop.
