1. Craftsman 1/2 HP. It is working, but in a very hot/humid weather may fail. Most likely logic board, which you can buy used for about $40-50. Remotes alone cost more than I'm asking for both openers.
2. Sears 1/3 HP. Working fine, will probably outlast any new one. No remote control included.
Asking $20 for Craftsman and $10 for Sears or $40 for both.
