Solid wood table with collapsible sides. With the sides down, the table measures 25.5 inches x 60 inches. With the sides extended, the table measures 40 inches x 60 inches. 30 inch height. It is in great condition and just needs a little polish. One of the hinges needs to be flattened out so the extension will fit flush.
