The futon has a teeny rip on the side which I can sew up before you get here
On the photo I only put one side down bc I don't have room enough to put both down
It's located on the ground floor
You can drive up all the way to the door to take the bed and futon separately out
The metal part folds, so you don't even need a truck. If you have a free passenger side and the chair folds down you should be ok sticking it in diagonally
By appointment only, $100 cash pick up
