Big double barrel woodstove bottom barrel is all stainless steel. Front of the barrel is welded on a very thick heavy steel plate with a sturdy cast-iron door. Top barrel is made out of steel cover over if you wanted to capture the heat to direct it upstairs but you don’t have to use that cover you can take that off.
