I have been in my condo over 20 years and with the real estate taxes going up etc I think It is Time I move on from this place. The problem is I have two cats that I do not want to part with. They are bonded. I also work from home a few days a week. I am easy to get along with and do not party, etc. I have to admit I do not have good credit so I just do not think I can find a landlord willing to rent to me. I need to sell this condo, payoff things and start over.
