I'm a new-to-the-area experimental musician seeking housing.
My ideal price limit is $700 per month
I'm happy to help with projects as an exchange. I have skills and experience in carpentry, gardening, sprinkler systems, pet-sitting, house-cleaning, Airbnb, house-care/repairs, customer service, data-management, online website support (Wordpress, basic/ other), video and sound editing, and am very well self-trained in natural weight-loss, natural health and nutrition, herbalism, and self-care through anatomically correct stretching. Some even consider me a good cook and baker! : )
I'm hoping to find a one-person space, that is calm and secluded nearer to nature, and with a wooden floor with room to stretch, and a kitchen or the basic building blocks of a kitchen (someplace to access running water, and fitted with enough electricity, although I'm open to finding a generator). Female landlord or roommate preferred, although this might not be necessary as long as it's a spiritually/creatively-oriented/higher-minded space.
An unfinished studio / shed / loft / wooden structure / cabin is ideal, yet a simple room in a house can work too, as long as it has a wooden floor and enough floor room. The main thing I'm looking for, I'll stress again, is quiet -- away from car noises, or a busy public street.
They have music rehearsal spaces at my work, so this isn't completely necessary: if it wouldn't be too bothersome to my neighbors if I occasionally practice making peaceful ambient music, that would be helpful.
