Made in New York , this one most likely in the late 50's or early 60's. Iconic roasting pan with a lid made from porcelain ceramic coated steel. Keeps roasts very moist and even with the lid, they still brown very well yet keep your oven interior clean. The lid has a vent opening that you can close to keep in steam or open if desired. Large enough to fit a large chicken or a very small turkey. The best thing about using the lid is it greatly helps keep your oven clean by avoiding the spattering all over the oven and glass door as the roast cooks. Measures 18" long with handles, 11' wide, and 7.125" high. The inside area measures 15.5" long by 10" wide by 6.75" high when the lid is on. The lid nests inside the roasting pan so it is only 5" high for easy storage.

Please see my other ads for inexpensive items you may be able to use, click on the “more ads by this user” link on the right side of this ad.

Although I am in Middlefield, about halfway between Harford and New Haven only about 5 minutes off I-91 Exit 20, I also have the opportunity to meet people each weekday afternoon (September-June) on the Hartford/West Hartford line.
