Exmark Lazer Z 60"/ front mount blower - $8,500 (Bloomfield)

Parts readily available if needed - dealers, partstree.com, etc... Kohler 25hp motor - cast iron sleeves.
Throttle assembly cover is loose where it attaches to gas tank - needs a couple screws (I just use it as-is).
Clamshell dump-from-seat bagging system included.
Unit is old but everything works / is functional - just cut grass the other day with this machine.
Mower has new drive tires, and no-flat foam filled front casters.
New belts (mule belt and drive belt, and bagger belt). Motor does not burn oil, but could probably use a new muffler at some point.
Bagger head bearings were replaced within the past year or two - spins freely, no issues. Bagger head has been patched with steel sheet and a fiberglass repair made to the plastic to prevent the unit from spitting debris when bagging. Used to have some small wear holes that would throw dust - so this was the reason for repair.
Blower is attached to unit with custom mount, and has its own front casters.
Makes yard cleanups easy and fast.
3160 hours on frame, but engine was replaced 4-5 years ago - mower used as a backup machine so hours on the motor are probably around 1500 or less.
Control handle stabilizers were replaced last year.
