What You’ll Do
• Mowing and string trimming on commercial, institutional, and residential properties
• Installing new plantings and laying mulch
• Watering and general grounds maintenance
• Keeping equipment and work areas clean and ready
• Tree trimming and pruning (a plus)
• Year-round grounds work, including snow & ice support in the winter months
What We’re Looking For
• Experience with mowing, string trimming, new plantings, mulch, and watering
• Entry-level candidates welcome — we will train the right person; some landscaping experience is a plus
• Punctual and dependable — you show up on time, ready to work
• Strong attention to detail and pride in a clean, finished result
• Knowledge of landscape plant material
• A willingness to learn and grow with the company
• Able to work well as part of a Team
• Able to perform physical, outdoor work in all seasons
• Able to lift 75 Lb
• Reliable transportation to our Middletown shop
• Valid and clean CT drivers license
• Must pass both a background check and a drug test for employment
