* Licencia de conducir es un plus
* Experiencia con máquinas, tools, asphalt, sealcoating, blower, compactor, skid steer, o dump trailer es un plus

We are looking for reliable, hard-working people who can show up on time, work outside, follow instructions, and work well with a crew.
**Pay:** $18–$25/hr based on experience
**Pay schedule:** Weekly pay
**Location:** Hartford / Windsor Locks / Bradley Airport Area / New Britain / Manchester
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, some Saturdays when needed
**Start:** Immediate start available
**Work includes:**
* Asphalt paving
* Pavement repair
* Sealcoating

**Requirements:**
* Must be reliable and show up on time
* Must be able to work outside
* Must be able to do physical work

* Road work, asphalt, pavement, concrete, construction, landscaping, or snow experience is preferred but not required
* Driver’s license is a plus
* Experience with asphalt, sealcoating, compactors, skid steers, dump trailers, tools, or machines is a plus
Higher pay available for experienced pavement workers, drivers, machine operators, and crew leaders.
