This is a residential home, colonial style. Looking for experienced carpenter to replace rotted window/door trim and do some painting of trim. Requires some ladder work for 2nd and 3rd floors of house. I expect there are likely a couple of days of work here for a 2-person team.
Looking for someone who is licensed ideally.
