Hello, we are looking for someone experienced with maintenance and completing work orders at rental properties, to complete any repairs or maintenance that may arise at two buildings. The type of repairs can range from plumbing, leaks, drywall, painting, lawn, snow removal, to minor electrical, and unit turnover.
This is for a 3-family building located in Hartford, and another 3-family building located in East Hartford.
This is not a full time job, and will be paid hourly whenever there is a maintenance request. Looking for someone to support these properties long term, although volume of work each month may not be large.
