About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and mechanically inclined Production Associate to join a well-established, family-owned manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll work hands-on with state-of-the-art Heidelberg printing presses, supporting production of custom packaging solutions. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, values teamwork, and is looking for stability in their career.

What You’ll Do
• Feed paper and materials into a 6-color Heidelberg printing press
• Hang plates, switch colors, and assist with machine setup
• Monitor the press to ensure quality and prevent costly mistakes
• Maintain a clean and organized work area (a must!)
• Support overall production with a “willing to get dirty” attitude
• Follow strict safety and operational guidelines

• Mechanical aptitude—comfortable working with machinery, tools, and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused during production runs
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Must be okay with physical work in a hands-on, sometimes messy environment

Schedule
• 1st Shift (4-10 Schedule): Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM (overtime on Fridays may be required)
