This bike is registered and has a clear Connecticut title to legally run on the public roads and highways.
It is all original except as follows:
The front brake cable was replaced this year.
Hand guards were updated with stronger aluminum full protectors and the stock plastic Honda guards were modified and reinstalled back on them.
Brake light system was added to rear tail light to make it road legal.
Squeeze horn was added to make it road legal.
A modifies low profile mirror was added to make it legal and also comes in handy.

Everything else is completely stock. The only thing it needs is a rear tire. Both tires are original. The front tire looks almost new and no signs of age. The rear tire does not show signs of age, but the middle lugs are getting low from use on asphalt roads. I would of replaced it but I wanted to leave it on to prove the low mileage of this bike.
The seat and tool pouch is still soft and supple.
The bike has and still always started the first or 2nd kick, even after sitting all winter. Proper precautions have been take to store for long periods of time, including use of stabil all the time. It has always been stored inside a dry place.
There are certainly a lot of opinions on the best years for the Honda XR200r. But by far the most popular consensus is the 1986 to 1991 model of the XR200R is far the most reliable and sought after.
The stock tool kit and owners manual is also included.
