Up for consideration is a Fender Mustang 1968 Bass in Dakota Red with the OHSC. These are tremendous instruments from the CBS era .The bass has normal wear with finish checking some dings and scuff marks . Everything appears to be stock. There is some finish chipping on both cutaways please view photos for this. The neck has some flame to it truss rod works as it should and the bass plays with ease. The intonation is very good and has the classic fender tone which will cut through any mix. Strung through the body with a fresh set of Labella flat wounds. The pickguard is in tack without and breakage. I have had several over the years and this is a good one. The bass comes with the stock silver case . The paddle tuners are perfect and the neck straight. All latches work on the original hardshell silver case .
