Are there any guitarists out there looking to play with a singer and be a part of an acoustic project? Singer’s style sounds most like Billie Joe Armstrong, Rob Thomas, Scott Weiland, and Eddie Vedder. Singer wants to start off acoustically, then become a full band as the project progresses. The goal is to be an original band while playing covers and originals. Singer has originals and is eager to write more. Preferably looking for musicians within the age range of 20s - 40s, but is open to all ages. Singer is in her early 30s.
Rough setlist to also add in originals:
1979 by Smashing Pumpkins
Creep by Stone Temple Pilots
Black by Pearl Jam
Lithium by Nirvana
Black Hole Sun by Soundgarden
Angry Chair by Alice In Chains
Under the Bridge by Red Hot Chili Peppers
When I Come Around by Green Day
Stay Together for the Kids by Blink-182
Welcome to My Life by Simple Plan
*Must be able to travel. Located in the Housatonic Valley region of Connecticut. Singer is able to travel for the right musicians who are passionate, committed, and productive about reaching their goals. This is intended to be an original act but starting off with covers and mixing in originals.*
**Singer is also open to joining an established project with goals and intentions of getting gigs. She is a mid range with a growl and an edge that sounds best for 90s grunge/old school punk.**
