We are seeking a Administrative Assistant in the Trade to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. Prefer candidates with are those with a trade background or similar field. Advance Level Skills in Micro Office Suit (Powerpoint, Word, Excel programs). Hours 7 am to 5 pm. Mon through Fri.
Responsibilities:
*Walk jobs sites with owner and take notes
*Draft correspondences and other formal documents
*Drive Owner to job sites for meeting and take notes and make reports.
*Keep and maintain the boss's calendar
*Plan and schedule appointments and events
*Keep and manage and organize file system in office
*Read emails daily all day long and respond to emails as needed
*Pull permits
*Type complicated reports with minimal errors
*Go to job sites with owner and make lists and take notes
*Develop and implement organized filing systems
*Able to meet tight deadlines to get paper work completed
*Perform all other office tasks (Faxing, Scanning, E-mails)
*Call customer as needed.
Qualifications:
*2 years previous experience in Trade or construction office as a senior level administrative assistant
*Ability to prioritize and multitask
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Strong attention to detail
*Strong organizational skills
*Flawless typing and computer skills.
*Microsoft office suite use Advance Level (Powerpoint, Word, Excel a Must Have SKILL)
*Formal business letter and reports experience a Must Have Skill
