Vivitar 283 Auto Thyristor Electronic Flash Unit for Film Camera. Includes the Vivitar Sensor Adapter Unit (see pictures). This Unit is brand-new and appears to never been used. The battery holder does not show as if batteries were ever installed in the unit. It comes in a box that show wear but the unit looks like new.
Technical Details - The Vivitar 283 electronic flash features bounce flash for softer, more professional-quality lighting. The Auto Thyristor circuitry has a fast recycle time and a high number of flashes per set of batteries. Additional features include auto check, a sufficient-light indicator, and an illuminated calculator dial. The flash runs on 4 AA batteries.
