• My Remote Setup Includes: 2 computers both running Windows 11 and a 3rd (laptop) with the latest version of MacOS. 2 Large Monitors and Fiber internet connection, and also have a headset.
• 5 Months experience as a Remote IT Help Desk Technician (mostly remote, but also went to clients for on site troubleshooting)
• Undergraduate Certificate in Cybersecurity from Southern New Hampshire University (completed: October 2024)
• CompTIA A+ (expired this year, spring 2025)
• CompTIA Security+ (expired this year, spring 2025)
