Looking for small 2-3 room apartment/office type rent - a place where I can work and sleep. I am an older single gentleman - working from home for large local company - 2 days per week and part-time real estate agent. Also willing to do maintenance or utilize awkward space that you might not consider rentable, as long as it has a bathroom, shower, small kitchen with our without appliances.
