Looking for someone who is considerate, responsible, quiet, and gets along well with others. Progressive politics a plus! Bathroom is private, with shared shower/bath. Shared entry to the house. Homeowner lives in house. 30 day notice. Prefer person who intends a longer/indefinite stay. Can do video walk-through/interview if long-distance needed. Standard background/credit check performed, proof of vaccination required.
Utilities are $167/month additional. Includes internet, elec, heat, water, pool, snowplowing, etc.
