I'm looking for a home share situation. I've been sharing a house for the last ten years [after living 16 years with my (now) ex wife]. The owner died recently; the house will likely be foreclosed. I'll "cut to the chase." I'm a genuine gentleman. Rent: ALWAYS paid on time. Pleasant to live with, educated, intelligent. No drama, no sketchy visitors, and a spotlessly clean personal history.
