Some projects do not require stamped drawings. My drafting services are well-suited for clients who do not require full architectural services or stamped drawings, but still need professional, code-compliant documentation for permit review.
Projects have included, but not limited to:

- Interior stairs

- New construction (single-family and two-family homes, cabins, additions, and renovations (under 3,000 SF)
- Attic conversions
- As-built floor plans
- Code violation plans
- Site plans for zoning review

I have an Architectural Engineering degree and over 30 years CAD experience in architectural, civil/site, and structural, specifications, estimating, surveying, and the overall construction process.
