Used this keyboard for about 5 years. It had a drink spilled on it and the keys became sticky. I used isopropyl alcohol to clean each switch and most are no longer sticky. All keys register keystrokes except for the W key - sometimes it doesn't register keystrokes. It comes with the original box, alternate keycaps, keycap removal tool and is missing the right control keycap.
