The mini is in like-new condition. I received it for Christmas and used it for about 2 months before buying the Mac Studio when it came out in March in order to get more ports and graphics cores.
*For security reasons, macOS 15.0 (the OS installed on the original M4 minis at the factory) is no longer available, so although that’s what the mini shipped with, I was unable to revert the OS that far.
For the complete set of technical specifications, refer to Apple’s website: https://support.apple.com/en-us/docs/mac/301067. You can find an even more detailed analysis here: https://everymac.com/systems/apple/mac_mini/specs/mac-mini-m4-10-core-cpu-10-core-gpu-2024-specs.html.
Both originally included items (the Mac mini and the power cord) are included with/in the original packaging—including the ‘protective’ packaging specifically created by Apple for shipping the Mac.
I used this monitor for a little more than a year, and it’s still in excellent condition. No screen blemishes, no damaged pixels. Text and images are extremely sharp/clear. The only damage I can see on the metal components is a nick on the base plate.
The display can rotate 90°, allowing it to function in both landscape and portrait orientations and any diagonal angle in between. It can tilt upward, and the height is adjustable (despite it being very easy to move the display up and down, it stays perfectly in place after moving it to the desired position). Buttons on the bottom right of the display operate the on-screen display.
All of the original cables are included. The HDMI, DisplayPort and USB A-to-USB B cables are all 1.5 meters in length and have never been used. The 1-m USB C-to-USB C has been used. There are two power cables as well: one type B (for U.S. connections) and one type I (apparently for Australia/NZ, China, and Argentina).
You can access the complete set of technical specifications on Alogic’s website (https://alogic.co/products/clarity-27-uhd-4k-monitor) by scrolling 3/4 of the way down the page and click on the expandable menu labeled “Specifications.”
In addition, I’m including these items:
This keyboard’s primary feature is its split-ability, allowing you to place each half at the distance and angle at which each of your hands is most comfortable. The cable attaching the halves is 20” long; taking into account the cable’s thickness/flexibility, this results in a maximum separation of about 1.5’. The keys on the Freestyle are raised and concave. Most of the keypads have been smoothed by use over the last 4-5 years (as opposed to the brand-new ‘pebbled’ feel). Other than that, there are no cosmetic issues with the device.

*approximate depth taking into account the cable that connects the two halves
The keyboard has the following shortcut keys:

I can meet you for the exchange at any of the following 3 locations.
Zelle, cash, or cashier's check is preferred, but a ‘personal’ payment using Venmo is also okay.
