Looking for an experienced installer with ability to lead on cellulose and fiberglass projects, when project manager is not on site. Must have ability to communicate with customers to explain the onsite process. Will be required to help on spray foam jobs to prep job site, scrape and cleanup. May be asked to do in home evaluations, depending on lead volume. OSHA10 is required. Lift certified a plus. DMV health card is required. Reliable transportation and clean driving record a must. Background checks run prior to employment and then annually.

Must be able to follow directions and offer suggestions to resolve issues as they arise. This is a working role. You will be working the projects with other installers. You will be training assistant installers on the job. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Must be able to stand and crouch for extended periods of time.

Knowing building science is crucial for this position. You will be required to attend training sessions. Travel may be required for these trainings.
