Local property management company is looking for a reliable, skilled maintenance technician / handyman to complete work orders at apartment and condominium properties.
This is steady, year-round work with weekly pay. We are looking for someone who can work independently in the field and handle a variety of repair and maintenance tasks.
**Work may include:**
* Carpentry and trim repairs
* Sheetrock and drywall repairs
* Painting and touch-ups
* Door installation and repairs
* Deck repairs and replacement work
* Gutter cleaning and exterior repairs
* General apartment and condominium maintenance
* Completing work orders and communicating with managers/residents
**Requirements:**
* Experience with general maintenance, carpentry, painting, drywall, and repairs
* Reliable transportation
* Basic tools
* Ability to work independently
* Professional communication with residents and property managers
* Valid driver’s license
* Dependable attendance and good work ethic
**Compensation:**
* $28.50 per hour
* Mileage reimbursement for work-related travel
* Weekly pay
