Hello I am looking for someone that does good quality work in a timely manner. I have some rental properties in Vernon & Coventry I need help with when a tenant moves out. Basically getting the unit ready for the next tenant, must be able to paint, tape compound and spackle, minor carpentry work, linoleum work, minor plumbing and electrical work if needed. Also the units when completed must be very clean.
